Will Drinking Warm Water After A Meal Help To Avoid A Heart Attack?

A friend sent me this article a couple weeks ago and I found it very interesting. It kind of makes sense to a layman. I learned that it’s best to drink warm water after certain meals, instead of a cold beverage. After reading the article, you may want to opt for a cup of Green Tea with your French Fries in place of a Soda. Since there are many factors involved in a heart attack, we don’t purport that following this advice will avoid one, but don’t think it will hurt.
