Each tall\u00a0domed loaf is made with love.\u00a0 I was recently offered the opportunity to try <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bauducco.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bauducco&#8217;s Panettone<\/a>.\u00a0 They make one with <strong>Hershey&#8217;s Chocolate Chips<\/strong>\u00a0and another with <strong>Candied Papaya, Lime, Orange and Sun-Maid Raisins<\/strong>.\u00a0 And to be honest, at first I wasn&#8217;t sure if I wanted to try &#8217;em.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not much of a Bread person and thought the\u00a0Fruit version may be likened to an Old-Fashioned Holiday Fruit Cake, the kind many of us have avoided over the years.\u00a0 I now know that <strong>Panettone<\/strong> is\u00a0<em>much better <\/em>than that and shouldn&#8217;t be compared to the aforementioned we\u00a0all shun &#8212;\u00a0Happily, it&#8217;s completely different.\u00a0 It also has an underlying Orange flavor that I really like.\u00a0\u00a0I&#8217;m now\u00a0a\u00a0Panettone lover.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-004.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-10107\" title=\"Misc 004\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-004-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Misc 004\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-012.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-10108\" title=\"Misc 012\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-012-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Misc 012\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-005.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-10109\" title=\"Misc 005\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-005-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Misc 005\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-003.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-10113\" title=\"Misc 003\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-003-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Misc 003\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unlike the long-established American-style Fruit Cake, <strong>Panettone<\/strong> is light and airy with\u00a0Fruit pieces spread throughout.\u00a0 It&#8217;s not dense, nor heavy and hard.\u00a0\u00a0It can be enjoyed by tearing away the sweet layers &#8212;\u00a0But if you&#8217;re still weary of\u00a0Bread containing Fruit, start by giving the Chocolate Chip one a try.\u00a0 Both are great alone\u00a0or terrific when used to make French Toast or Bread Pudding.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-007.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-10110\" title=\"Misc 007\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-007-449x337.jpg\" alt=\"Misc 007\" width=\"449\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-007-449x337.jpg 449w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-007-300x224.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/Misc-007.JPG 1356w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>ENTER A COMMENT <\/strong>to possibly\u00a0WIN a 9 Pound\u00a0Panettone (8.8 to be exact).\u00a0 The ones\u00a0generally seen in\u00a0stores are large enough at 2 Pounds (1.64 to be exact),\u00a0thus the 9-Pounder is gigantic.\u00a0\u00a0The winner will receive a 9lb.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bauducco.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bauducco&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0Fruit Panettone <em>and <\/em>a\u00a02lb.
