The Artisan Salumi Santana is described by Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale’s as Rustic Pat\u00e9<\/span>, Dijon and Country Bread, but you can see that it’s\u00a0a lot more than that.\u00a0\u00a0Can you believe that\u00a0all\u00a0these Meats are made and cured in the restaurant?\u00a0 My favorites are\u00a0on the entire bottom row and top left corner of the\u00a0platter pictured here.\u00a0 I especially liked the Smoked Meat (bottom corner) and both Pat\u00e9<\/span>s.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The above was served with this Bread — I liked the presentation and\u00a0stylish Bread Rack.\u00a0\u00a0And more Bread choices\u00a0are available to all guests and served on arrival.\u00a0 It’ll be delivered to your table.\u00a0 The Olive Bread also goes well with this appetizer.\u00a0 As like the Meat, all Bread is made in-house.<\/p>\n

During this\u00a0lunch, we\u00a0also had what’s to follow,\u00a0starting with Crisp Pacific Sea Bass with\u00a0Miso Orange Vinaigrette and\u00a0Edamame Shitake Ragout.<\/p>\n

Roasted Sonoma Chicken, a\u00a0Crispy Thigh with\u00a0Broccoli Puree and\u00a0Preserved Lemon.\u00a0 It tasted drizzled with Truffle Oil too and had many great flavors.<\/p>\n

\nCharlie Palmer’s\u00a0has\u00a0a great selection of side dishes too.\u00a0 This visit we had the <\/a>Wild Mushrooms, with Shallot and\u00a0Fresh Thyme.\u00a0 I’ve got my eye on the Crisp Fries with Chipotle Aioli for next time — I bet they’re\u00a0good here.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

These desserts are best described\u00a0as\u00a0unique and luxurious.\u00a0 I don’t have their official\u00a0descriptions, but\u00a0they’re similar to Ravioli of Pear with Rootbeer Ice Cream,\u00a0and\u00a0some pretty sophisticated techniques thrown in.<\/p>\n

And Warm Gianduja,\u00a0Smoked\u00a0Marshmallow, and\u00a0Kumquat with\u00a0Chocolate Ice Cream.\u00a0 WOW!\u00a0 The Gianduja was presented\u00a0in a\u00a0warm\u00a0round Donut oozing the Hazelnut.\u00a0\u00a0Get a look at the Ice Cream color (below), that’s some richness there —\u00a0I’ve never seen\u00a0Chocolate\u00a0Ice Cream so dark.\u00a0 Have you?<\/p>\n

This meal was truly amazing.\u00a0 Thanks Charlie.\u00a0 I like saying that, because\u00a0I feel like one\u00a0of Charlie’s Angels – HA. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
