Here’s the basic recipe\u00a0minus the measurements\u00a0— It makes too much for a\u00a0small quick\u00a0serving.\u00a0 It’s simply a mixture of chopped Artichoke Hearts, Jalapenos, Green Chilies, Shaved Parmesan (since that’s the\u00a0type currently on hand, but grated is best), and Mayonnaise.\u00a0 Just\u00a0mix all ingredients to a balanced creamy consistency.\u00a0 Cover with just enough mayo to coat.\u00a0<\/p>\n

One of my friends brings a larger serving of this dip to my Annual Christmas Party.\u00a0 I believe she\u00a0won a Ribbon for it in 2007.\u00a0 FYI: I didn’t provide the measurements below, because they appear to be off — Way too much mayo, which\u00a0doesn’t seem\u00a0necessary.<\/p>\n

Mix all together and bake at 375\u00b0<\/span>\u00a0for 25 minutes.\u00a0 Remove from the oven and serve with Stacy’s Pita Chips.\u00a0 Or serve with whatever you want.\u00a0 I happen to I love the Simply Naked Pita Chips.<\/p>\n
