Charcuterie<\/strong> we saw at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/2010\/04\/10\/weve-fallen-in-love-with-sidedoor-in-cdm-look-for-the-red-key\/\" target=\"_blank\">SideDoor in Corona Del Mar<\/a>, we&#8217;re testing Cheese to select the best for a\u00a0Cheese Tasting Party I&#8217;ll be hosting.\u00a0 The goal is to make our platter as special as theirs.\u00a0 We learned the importance of preliminary testing by quickly\u00a0ruling out the TJ Morbier from France, Cheese #1 (Above).\u00a0 It was\u00a0awful.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t like having to write this because it&#8217;s\u00a0not appetizing, but it smelled and tasted like stinky feet &#8212; 6 Cheeses\u00a0from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.traderjoes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Trader Joe&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0and can&#8217;t wait to plate them with Calabrese Salami and\u00a0Black &amp; Green Olive Bread, with a complimentary selection of fresh Pears, dried Montmorency Cherries, Pecans, Garlic Stuffed Olives, Red Grapes, Mustard, Club Crackers, Pita Chips, etc.\u00a0 Check back to see how our <strong>Cheese &amp;
