Today my food and legal worlds happily collided —\u00a0I\u00a0happen to make a livin’ as a Litigation Paralegal and\u00a0Freelance Writer\u00a0majoring in food. \ud83d\ude42 Our law office was invited to a Summer Splash Party that was hosted by Sarnoff Court Reporters<\/a> and catered by Kogi BBQ<\/a> trucks.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

By now most have\u00a0heard\u00a0about\u00a0the elusive Kogi BBQ trucks drivin’ and parkin’ around Orange\u00a0County and Los Angeles,\u00a0offering Mexican\/Korean cuisine to eagerly awaiting Kogi lovers — And today\u00a0they came to me with ease.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Since Sarnoff sponsored the party, we had the Kogi trucks all to our legal selves.\u00a0 We only had to wait in line a couple minutes, unlike many others at popular destinations.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We each received a Kogi Beef Slider<\/strong>, Kogi Pork Taco<\/strong>\u00a0and Kogi Chicken Taco<\/strong>.\u00a0 All were very good as reported by countless others, but we weren’t knocked off our chairs.\u00a0 We wouldn’t wait hours as some have, but maybe 15 minutes or so for\u00a0another Beef Slider and\u00a0their Short Rib\u00a0Taco<\/a><\/strong> (a specialty not offered today).<\/p>\n
