When my friend first gave me a Baggie-o-? I thought to myself,\u00a0I don’t know about this.\u00a0 I must be honest, the baggie kind of grossed me out, but it was kind of\u00a0interesting too.\u00a0\u00a0At that time, she also gave me a slice of\u00a0the Bread\u00a0she\u00a0just\u00a0baked.\u00a0 It was\u00a0fantastic.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Since I look forward to tasting\u00a0it again,\u00a0that will be my driving force.\u00a0 I know that it’s supposed to\u00a0be good, so I’m continuing the process.\u00a0 It appears to be\u00a0sort of a Chain Bread.\u00a0 I hope mine turns out as tasty as hers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She gave me a “Starter”\u00a0on Day 3 of its creation.\u00a0 I then had to pick it up from\u00a0there.\u00a0 I’ll just need to do a little mashing for a few days, and let\u00a0air out of the bag,\u00a0when necessary.<\/p>\n

It’s Day 5 and I’ve been mashing here and there.\u00a0 I’m in\u00a0the swing of things.<\/p>\n

It’s DAY 6\u00a0— Now I need to add some things.\u00a0 I’m scared, but gotta do it.\u00a0\u00a0Here it\u00a0goes.\u00a0 I’m opening the bag and adding (1) Cup of Flour, Sugar and Milk, and then it’s back to mashing and burping, as it will\u00a0rise and ferment.<\/p>\n

Whew.\u00a0 I successfully mixed in all (3) ingredients.\u00a0 It wasn’t too bad.\u00a0 And dare I say a little fun.\u00a0 Now it’s back to\u00a0occassional mashing and burping for a few days.<\/p>\n

It’s Day 10 —\u00a0More to do now.\u00a0 First I get to empty the baggie into a bowl and\u00a0ADD\u00a01 1\/2 Cups of Flour, Sugar and Milk and\u00a0mix.\u00a0\u00a0Then remove and add (1)\u00a0Cup each to (4) new baggies to give to FRIENDS to continue the process, or chain.<\/p>\n

You’ll make (2) Loaves of Bread from the remaining batter.\u00a0 Just follow the recipe provided with the baggie-o-?\u00a0 The pictures below will show these final steps.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ADD Bread recipe ingredients to remaining batter base.\u00a0 Mix all and divide between two loaf pans.\u00a0 I put Streusel on top for extra excitement.<\/p>\n

Well,\u00a0I made it through the process.\u00a0 Yeah, I’m done.\u00a0 It was\u00a0kind of a pain in the you know what, but it does have a great flavor!<\/p>\n

Streusel Recipe:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Cup Flour
\n1\/4 Cup Brown Sugar
\n1 Tsp. Cinnamon
\n1\/4 Tsp. Salt
\n6 Tbsp. Butter at room temperature<\/p>\n

Add all ingredients in a bowl and cut together with 2 knives until combined into pea size pieces.\u00a0 Top the batter before placing in the oven.<\/p>\n
