When was the last time you had a picnic?\u00a0 We mustn’t forget the simple enjoyment of a picnic.\u00a0 It seems Americans don’t take enough pleasure in\u00a0them.\u00a0 While traveling through many parts of Europe, you’ll see people having picnics everywhere and often.\u00a0 It’s a great thing.<\/p>\n

We’re inspired to have more picnics and Cost Plus World Market<\/a>, a favorite\u00a0destination for unique and imported food items can make it happen on a moment’s notice.\u00a0 It has everything one could need for a picnic.\u00a0 We prepared for this one by getting ALL\u00a0shown from Cost Plus, including the\u00a0insulated picnic basket that transported the\u00a0Salami,\u00a0Cracked Pepper Smoked Salmon, Bruschetta, Roasted Artichoke Hearts, Pepper Jack Cheese, Assorted Crackers, Almonds, Pickles, Olives, Wine and Cookies.<\/p>\n

This day it was too\u00a0windy to show you\u00a0it was too windy — Meaning, we couldn’t back up\u00a0for a wide photo, since\u00a0all hands were necessary to hold down\u00a0the light stuff\u00a0during the wind gusts.\u00a0 It was (kinda) funny, until it blew over our Chardonnay, and it was a bit scary thinking the Smoked Salmon could possibly\u00a0land on us, but ultimately\u00a0it was a lot of fun.<\/p>\n

We had this picnic\u00a0in Temecula, near Pechanga\u00a0Resort & Casino<\/a>, where we took our Grandma to see her favorite singer, Engelbert Humperdinck<\/a>.\u00a0 Prior to the concert, we laughed\u00a0eating the Orange Chocolate Rolled Wafers <\/strong>— They are sooooo darn good and\u00a0fodder for immature jokes that transcend generations,\u00a0Groucho Marx impersonations and more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
