I came across these Mini Beef Wellingtons in the frozen foods section\u00a0at Smart\u00a0& Final.\u00a0 They were on sale and the picture looked good, so I gave ’em a try.\u00a0 Thus far I’ve only tested three in the toaster oven, but the flavor of the Duxelles is perfect — I wish there was a little more inside.\u00a0 And the Beef Tenderloin was tender.\u00a0 The combination\u00a0makes a yummy (authentic old school) appetizer or snack.\u00a0 I can’t wait to serve them to someone.<\/p>\n
