They caught my eye as a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodbuzz.com\/top9\" target=\"_blank\">Top 9<\/a>&#8221; on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodbuzz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Foodbuzz<\/a>, because\u00a0they looked so nice.\u00a0 And since I happened to have all ingredients on hand, I made &#8217;em the same day.\u00a0 Mine differ in that they aren&#8217;t as pretty,\u00a0Yellow Bell Peppers were added and the\u00a0Asparagus wasn&#8217;t cut lengthwise, since they were too skinny.\u00a0 Aside from their look,\u00a0the combination of all\u00a0(Toasted Crostini, Goat Cheese, Asparagus and Yellow Bell Pepper with\u00a0Olive Oil and S &amp;
