Top Chef All-Stars<\/strong> started last week and airs again soon (Wednesdays on Bravo TV).\u00a0 I like Top Chef, but haven’t been\u00a0riveted by\u00a0its happenings the past few seasons, though I’ve caught most shows, since they\u00a0rerun them over and over.\u00a0\u00a0And right now I’m happy to be excited about the show again, because of the All-Stars.\u00a0 Already knowing the\u00a0personalities makes it\u00a0more interesting.\u00a0 The formula was getting\u00a0a little boring, although\u00a0it’s better than\u00a0most TV programming.\u00a0 I\u00a0admit to liking Millionaire Matchmaker and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills too — That Camille, I can’t stand her, but we talk food here.\u00a0 Let’s get back to Top Chef All-Stars…<\/p>\n

I like Fabio too — Our Guest Blogger Bonnie recently\u00a0reviewed his restaurant, Caf\u00e9 Firenze<\/a>\u00a0posted here<\/a>.\u00a0 Last week during\u00a0Top Chef All-Stars, Fabio\u00a0was reamed by Judge Anthony Bourdain, who repeatedly said he “hated” his dish.\u00a0 Trying to be funny, AB was pretty much a dick.\u00a0 It’s\u00a0unnecessary to be so dramatically negative, which applies to all judges,\u00a0and cheers to Fabio for speaking up about it.\u00a0 He handled himself well.\u00a0 I probably would’ve cried after\u00a0putting so much effort into\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

The All-Star Chefs were\u00a0delivered the\u00a0ingredients they used and<\/span>\u00a0had to pack their knives for and go,\u00a0during his\/her respective season.\u00a0 Each\u00a0had to make\u00a0the dish\u00a0better or at least passing this time — How fitting.\u00a0 A perfect\u00a0first challenge.<\/p>\n
