<strong>Cocoa Lounge<\/strong> in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theislandhotel.com\/Dining\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Palm Terrace Restaurant<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theislandhotel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Island Hotel<\/a>\u00a0in Newport Beach?\u00a0 Everything is made of Chocolate and you get to eat as much as you can.\u00a0 It felt\u00a0like Willy Wonka &amp; the Chocolate Factory &#8212; I started to lick the wallpaper until they stopped me.\u00a0 Good thing there wasn&#8217;t a river.\u00a0 You can have it all too throughout February.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Island-Hotel-020.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21548\" Bracken&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/2008\/12\/18\/island-hotels-palm-terrace-lounge-bites\/\" target=\"_blank\">famous Truffle Mac &amp; Cheese<\/a>\u00a0in the Palm Terrace Lounge.\u00a0 I enjoyed it a couple years back and had a good\u00a0excuse to have it again, as a friend wanted to tour the hotel for a party she&#8217;s organizing for her dad&#8217;s 90th birthday.\u00a0 It was funny, the Chef came over to talk to <a title=\"Bonnie Joy Designs\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bonniejoydesigns.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bonnie<\/a> about her party and\u00a0recognized me from Facebook.\u00a0 After I wrote about his tasty Mac &amp; Cheese, he befriended me.\u00a0 That was pretty cool, but it&#8217;s been a long time.\u00a0 It was fun to meet him in person.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Island-Hotel-017.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large
