Although it&#8217;s really Winter, today we couldn&#8217;t tell.\u00a0 We all had\u00a0<strong>Strips and Cheese<\/strong> from <a title=\"OC Mex Food report on Zack's and Strips and Cheese.\" href=\"http:\/\/ocmexfood.blogspot.com\/2008\/05\/zacks-at-beach.html\" target=\"_blank\">Zack&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0or <a title=\"Now I'm confused -- I didn't look, as I b-lined to the Cheese Strips.\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hs.facebook.com\/pages\/Jacks-Beach-Concession-Home-of-the-ORIGINAL-Cheese-Strips\/344865758045?v=info\" target=\"_blank\">Jack&#8217;s<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0Huntington Beach, near Lifeguard Station #11.\u00a0 Fixated on the Strips and Cheese, I forgot to check where I\u00a0got them.\u00a0 Similar and\/or related\u00a0food shacks along the HB bike and walk path have sold &#8217;em for years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Beach-Strips-BLT-002.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21464\" title=\"Beach Strips\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Beach-Strips-BLT-002-449x337.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Beach-Strips-BLT-002-449x337.jpg 449w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Beach-Strips-BLT-002-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Today some went swimming, some rode bikes, played Frisbee and\u00a0football, and\u00a0others dug for sand crabs, but ALL had\u00a0the HB <strong>Strips and Cheese<\/strong> for old time&#8217;s sake and a few\u00a0others for the first time.\u00a0 I first had them as a kid.\u00a0 They&#8217;re unique in that the Cheese isn&#8217;t melted and the Sauce is mild and sweet &#8212;
