to document successes and failures,\u00a0to remake\u00a0successful dishes and learn from the misses.\u00a0 And luckily most Beef Roasts in my past have turned out tender, but you need to have the time (and patience) &#8212;\u00a0It can easily be achieved in a Crock-Pot\u00a0in 8 &#8211; Pepper.\u00a0 Combine all as shown and noted below to make a perfectly tender\u00a0Beef Roast.<\/p>\n<p><a Note that\u00a0Red Wine will darken the Beef a bit, which is sometimes a good reason to use White Wine.\u00a0 It could\u00a0make\u00a0final presentation\u00a0prettier.<\/p>\n<p><a 3 &#8211; 4 hour oven tour &#8212; At this point,\u00a0I need to point out a major faux pas&#8230; <strong>The pot I used to make the pictured\u00a0Roast is\u00a0way too large\/tall<\/strong>, which allows\u00a0excess air around the Beef, thus drying it out.\u00a0 It was still flavorful and flaky, but drier than preferred.\u00a0 For best results, prepare the Beef Roast in your smallest\u00a0Dutch
