The pictured Spinach Artichoke Dip<\/strong> was prepared using the same recipe<\/a>, without\u00a0the Heavy Cream and alternatively increasing the\u00a0Sour Cream from 1\/2\u00a0to 3\/4 Cup —\u00a0This may be the better\u00a0recipe (below), if too much Water is\u00a0in the Spinach.\u00a0 Mix and\u00a0bake pictured ingredients.<\/p>\n

1 Large Garlic Clove, minced or pressed<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese, grated (Jack Cheese may be substituted)<\/strong><\/p>\n

2\/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated or shaved<\/strong><\/p>\n
