The Playground<\/strong>, what a find.\u00a0\u00a0I knew I’d like a restaurant named The Playground<\/a>.\u00a0 It’s in Santa Ana off 4th and Spurgeon, near the Plaza Fiesta.\u00a0 A group of us recently met there for an amazing Champagne Brunch, and spent time with its passionate Owner and Executive Chef Jason Quinn, who loves what he does and only offers the best —\u00a0Impressive food and team.<\/p>\n

Fresh, sophisticated, quality ingredients combined simply for superb flavor seems to be the focus.\u00a0 And they don’t skimp on the aesthetics, as you see, the food\u00a0is beautiful too.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately I didn’t capture\u00a0all well enough, but the posted photos start with Wagyu Beef<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On to\u00a0an artistic Soft Shell Crab Roll<\/strong> and Wild Boar Belly<\/strong> (both shown above).<\/p>\n

Benton’s Ham<\/strong> is added to many tasty dishes and is out of this world alone.<\/p>\n
