Fresh Fish simply grilled to perfection at Spike’s Fish House<\/a><\/strong>, a fast-casual concept created by Pasta Bravo’s creator.\u00a0 Do you remember\u00a0Pasta Bravo<\/a>?\u00a0 The last one closed just a couple months ago.\u00a0 It was my favorite fast-casual restaurant for Pasta; most specifically\u00a0I loved their Greek Pasta Salad and\u00a0the Thai one too.\u00a0 I’m sad it’s gone, but happy that\u00a0Spike’s in town.<\/p>\n

Spike’s Fish House<\/a>, born during low-carb times, is a\u00a0respected, distant relative of Pasta Bravo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We liked everything pictured and\u00a0the nice people at Spike’s, who make all how you\u00a0want it.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Pick a Sauce — Spike’s Sauce, Pico de Gallo, Chimichurri, Poke Sauce or Lemon Pesto Aioli.<\/p>\n

We were impressed with the flavor of all\u00a0Sauces, especially Spike’s<\/a> that goes well with the Lettuce Wraps, and the Poke Sauce that’s great with\u00a0Soba Noodles, a substitute to Rice.<\/p>\n
