I forgot the Potato Chip flavor I entered in Lay’s Do Us a Flavor Contest<\/strong><\/a> and apparently Lay’s forgot\u00a0too as it wasn’t chosen as a finalist — Darn.\u00a0 The prize is $1,000,000.00 or 1% of sales, whichever is greater.\u00a0 See Official Rules<\/a> for specifics.\u00a0 And the finalists are… Sriracha<\/strong>, Chicken & Waffles<\/strong> and Cheesy Garlic Bread<\/strong>.\u00a0 YOU may\u00a0vote for your favorite today through May 4th.<\/p>\n

Have you tried them yet?\u00a0 I like\u00a0the varied selection chosen and created by Lay’s.<\/p>\n

I expected to like Sriracha<\/strong>\u00a0best, since I like its flavor, but it didn’t translate well onto the Potato Chips (above).\u00a0 I don’t taste Sriracha.\u00a0 It’s just hot without that recognizable flavor.<\/p>\n

\"Lay's<\/a><\/p>\n

I was excited to see Chicken & Waffles<\/strong> (top) since it’s\u00a0different and first thought ‘oh big deal’ when seeing\u00a0Cheesy Garlic Bread<\/strong> (above).\u00a0 After all was said, done, thought about and tasted,\u00a0the Chicken & Waffles bag was empty first due to extra\u00a0analysis of its\u00a0interesting flavors, but\u00a0ultimately\u00a0I voted for Cheesy Garlic Bread, because it REALLY tastes like Cheesy Garlic Bread — Lay’s\u00a0did us a flavor with it, though\u00a0I’d buy\u00a0the Chicken & Waffles again too.<\/p>\n
