Get It<\/strong> is the theme and today was delivery day &#8212;\u00a0Delivery of culinary, baked goods, confections and sugar arts for the Culinary Arts Competition at the Orange County Fair.\u00a0 My entries were dropped off at the very last minute.\u00a0 It&#8217;s also judgment day, when all is tasted and ribbons are assigned.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/2013\/07\/10\/the-oc-fair-culinary-arts-competition-starts-again-come-get-it\/fair-entries-015-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-45373\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-45373\" alt=\"Fair Entries 015\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-015-450x337.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-015-450x337.jpg 450w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-015-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This year my entries included the pictured&#8230; <strong>Strawberry Stars<\/strong> (in Confections, <a title=\"Related Post\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/2012\/09\/11\/meet-strawberry-mcgillicuddy-the-latest-addition-to-shellys-jellies\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jellies<\/a>), a <strong>Tangerine Cream Cheesecake<\/strong> topped with Candied Tangerine Slices (in Cheesecakes, Fruit Flavored and\/or Fruit Topped) and <strong>Coconut Pineapple Scones<\/strong> (in Bread, Scones or Biscuits).\u00a0 I didn&#8217;t get to try my Cheesecake, but it looked good with the Candied Tangerine Slices.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/2013\/07\/10\/the-oc-fair-culinary-arts-competition-starts-again-come-get-it\/fair-entries-018-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-45374\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-45374\" alt=\"Fair Entries 018\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-018-450x337.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-018-450x337.jpg 450w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Fair-Entries-018-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Scones were way too big, but tasted good &#8212;
