The La Palma Chicken Pie Shop Restaurant and Bakery<\/strong> has been in existence longer than I’ve been alive — Yelp<\/a> reviews will tell you\u00a0more.\u00a0 I’m new to this old establishment.<\/p>\n

I love the prices — They’re\u00a0old school, like the waitresses who may be\u00a0original too.<\/p>\n

I’m told (and have read) that the Chicken Pie<\/strong> is the best item to order, so it’s what\u00a0we had.<\/p>\n

With\u00a0Dinner, the Chicken Pie comes with Soup and\u00a0Salad, a Roll and Dessert.<\/p>\n

I got the Ranch Dressing, which isn’t good\u00a0(tangy) and I’ve since\u00a0read their Roquefort is best.<\/p>\n

Dinner also comes with a choice of Potato — We got the Mashed Potatoes.\u00a0\u00a0Gravy covers it all.<\/p>\n

I\u00a0like\u00a0smothered\u00a0Gravy — The Crust was still crunchy and\u00a0has a good flavor and texture.<\/p>\n

It is loaded with big pieces of\u00a0real Chicken, dark and white — You can order it with all White Meat too.\u00a0 I may do that next time, just to be on the safe side.\u00a0 No Peas or Carrots are inside.<\/p>\n

Peach Pie for\u00a0me and Matt\u00a0had the Chocolate Pudding (not pictured).<\/p>\n
