Sheesh, the Shish has a lot of explaining to do, so I’ll let Wikipedia define it below, but here and now the KABOB’s\u00a0are made with\u00a0Beef that was\u00a0marinated in a\u00a0Chimichurri Sauce.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Water soaked skewers were laced with a combination of Beef, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Zucchini and Mushrooms,\u00a0then grilled on the BBQ.\u00a0 My favorite Beef for Kabobs\u00a0is Filet Mignon, Top Sirloin or Rib Eye chunks.\u00a0 The skewers are soaked in water so they don’t catch on fire.\u00a0 It makes a difference.<\/p>\n

These were made with a tougher meat that wasn’t as good.\u00a0 I thought an overnight\u00a0marinade would tenderize the meat enough, but it\u00a0didn’t.\u00a0\u00a0The Beef basically\u00a0needed slow long cooking, unlike\u00a0the Kabobs.<\/p>\n

* The Kabobs were served with Saffron Basmati Rice, which is made with Chicken Stock, Saffron Treads, Butter, S & P.<\/p>\n
