I first saw Cousins Maine Lobster Truck<\/a> on television.\u00a0 I forgot the program, but remember that I was\u00a0left wanting one.\u00a0 On the way to lunch elsewhere\u00a0the other day, I saw them parked in a business\u00a0lot in Irvine<\/a> — Screeeeeech, I was there.\u00a0 Dang, it’s not cheap, but had to have it.<\/p>\n

\"Cousins<\/a><\/p>\n

I debated (too long) between the Connecticut Lobster Roll<\/strong> and the Maine Lobster Roll<\/strong> — All Cousins<\/a>‘\u00a0Lobster is from Maine, but the Connecticut Lobster Roll is served warm with Butter and Lemon and\u00a0the Maine Lobster Roll is served chilled with a touch of Mayonnaise.<\/p>\n

Next time I’ll try the Maine Lobster Roll, just to be fair —\u00a0I liked the Connecticut Lobster Roll a lot.\u00a0 The\u00a0Lobster was sweet and had good texture, the portion\u00a0was generous and the Roll\u00a0was nicely soft.\u00a0 All sounds great, but it’s a rich Sandwich.\u00a0 Though small, I almost couldn’t finish it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
