We recently cruised on the Celebrity Reflection<\/a>\u00a0by Celebrity Cruises and now\u00a0reflect on the food we had on the ship.\u00a0 We didn’t have a bad meal.\u00a0 The food was\u00a0delicious and plentiful.<\/p>\n

Thanks to\u00a0Executive Chef Darran Ridley<\/a> (above) and his staff for our never-ending meals.<\/p>\n

I took the Heartbeat of the Operation Galley Tour<\/strong>\u00a0— A behind the scenes look at the Galley.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

In the Galley are photos (above) of every\u00a0dish\u00a0prepared for the Main Restaurant<\/a> (below).<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

Guests seated\u00a0above were waiting to tour the Galley, while Chefs answered their questions.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

Did you know\u00a02,300 Dozen Eggs and 3,800 lbs. of Butter are\u00a0on the Celebrity Reflection for an average 10-Day Cruise?\u00a0\u00a0And 1,000 Gallons of Ice Cream and 75,000 lbs. of Fresh Fruit.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

2,000 liters of Heavy Cream, 1,900 lbs. of Salmon and\u00a012,300 lbs. of Potatoes get consumed.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

3,000 lbs. of Tenderloin and\u00a02,740 lbs. of Rack of Lamb —\u00a0I don’t recall how many Lobsters.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

Unlimited Main Restaurant\/Dining Room FOOD is available inclusive for all.<\/p>\n

Post cruise reflection… I should’ve had more Oysters Rockefeller.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

I didn’t\u00a0photograph everything and don’t have any menu descriptions, but know\u00a0that I would’ve appreciated finding this information\u00a0after researching\u00a0Celebrity Reflection<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

All food posted is for the Main Restaurant and included in\u00a0the cruise price.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0For an extra cost, Celebrity Reflection<\/a> has several other restaurants<\/a> to choose from.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

The ever-changing Main Restaurant<\/a> MENU was so good each night, we never strayed.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

Celebrity Reflection<\/a> also offered a Sushi Making Demonstration and Star Chefs Cooking Show.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

And several Wine Tasting Workshops around the ship.<\/p>\n

Our Eastern Caribbean Cruise stopped in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Maarten<\/p>\n

We thoroughly enjoyed each port with Celebrity Reflection’s lovely meals woven in between.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

Baked Alaska on a cruise, of course.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0Chocolate Souffl\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\"Cruise<\/a><\/p>\n

And Cherries Jubilee.<\/p>\n

We were in Concierge Class and received\u00a0daily snacks<\/a> and flowers — A sample\u00a0daily snack (below) included Olives, Hummus, Chips, Cheese and Salsa.\u00a0 It could’ve been better.<\/p>\n

We became fond of Cellars Masters<\/a>, a sophisticated, Enomatic Wine Dispensing Bar (below).<\/p>\n

Celebrity Reflection<\/a> docked in Puerto Rico<\/a> (below), our favorite port, though we loved them all.<\/p>\n
