It’s Peter Dills<\/a> in the photo\u00a0with me.\u00a0 He’s the son of a man I admired, Elmer Dills<\/a>, a good man and former long-time Restaurant Reviewer, etc. on KABC.\u00a0 Elmer passed away in 2008, but his son, Peter carries on his niceness and love of food.\u00a0 As far back as he can remember, Peter was following Elmer from restaurant to restaurant — That’s some\u00a0fabulous training!<\/p>\n

\"Matt<\/a><\/p>\n

Did you know that Peter Dills has a radio show on Sundays on AM 830 KLAA Angels Radio?\u00a0 It’s called Dining with Dills<\/strong><\/a> and starts at 11:00a.m.\u00a0 Give it a listen.\u00a0 We went to The Catch<\/a> restaurant in Anaheim this day to celebrate Dining with Dills<\/a>, and eat and drink of course.<\/p>\n

It’s a large restaurant with dining all around — Above is just one stylish sliver of it.<\/p>\n

Though blurred, I like the photo above — Delicious appetizers were served, but\u00a0hard to obtain if you weren’t immediately adjacent to its introduction.\u00a0 It was a bit of a frenzy to get them.<\/p>\n

\"Peter<\/a><\/p>\n

I’m not sure if I\u00a0got to try\u00a0all the\u00a0appetizers, but my favorite was\u00a0a Fish Cake Lolli-Pop of some sort (not pictured) that\u00a0I don’t currently see\u00a0on their online menu — It was a round, crunchy fish cake served on a\u00a0stick.\u00a0 It had a\u00a0great flavor and perfect texture.\u00a0 I wanted more.<\/p>\n

We over took\u00a0the back room of The Catch<\/a>, which\u00a0lead out to a fenced in,\u00a0outdoor patio.<\/p>\n
