I think to myself — I don’t want to photograph it.\u00a0 I just want to eat it.\u00a0 Especially if I made it.\u00a0 That’s my problem right now.\u00a0 Well, it really isn’t a problem, unless you have a food blog.\u00a0 It’s not that I’m not cooking and tremendously enjoying our new kitchen<\/a>.\u00a0 I guess I’m not wanting to interrupt that time to take photographs.\u00a0 And the convenient lighting doesn’t make it quick.<\/div>\n

That’s mostly it.\u00a0 For those interested, I apologize.\u00a0 I’m still here and always in the kitchen, though you would not know that here.\u00a0 It will be my goal (once again) to put forth good food content in the future, as I certainly don’t lack for ideas or material, just the will at times.<\/div>\n

I like living in the non-media (actual) moment and enjoying tasty food at my leisure.\u00a0 Afterwards the kitchen is a mess, so what’s to photograph there?\u00a0 Ha.\u00a0 Until the next day, when it happens again — A scenario that has transpired all year.\u00a0 I have no complaints.\u00a0 I’m loving time in our beautiful open kitchen.\u00a0 I can see the television and backyard now.\u00a0 More will be shown another day.<\/div>\n

In addition to my own creations, I’ve made a couple-hundred Blue Apron meals.\u00a0 I’m still a big fan.\u00a0 Pictured are two Blue Apron<\/a> meals I recently prepared:\u00a0 Pork Chops & Balsamic-Pear Compote with Fennel & Sweet Potatoes<\/strong> (top\/middle) and Chile & Orange-Glazed Chicken with Roasted Vegetables & Garlic Mashed Potatoes<\/strong> (directly above).\u00a0 Both were fantastic and are worth making again.\u00a0 I told myself, at a minimum, I would photograph and post more of our tasty Blue Apron meals<\/a>, though quick photos don’t do them justice.\u00a0 But you can see that the menus are enticing and interesting.\u00a0 At least we think so.\u00a0\u00a0Note<\/span>:\u00a0 Apologies for the weird formatting in this post.\u00a0 It will be remedied in the next post.\u00a0 Stay tuned.\u00a0 More of everything!<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
