Some food is great and some just novel experiments.\u00a0 This day was a combination of both.\u00a0 We started with\u00a0Australian Battered Potatoes with Cheese Sauce and Ranch Dressing.\u00a0 I had read that they’re loved by many, so had to give them a try —\u00a0And we liked them too.\u00a0 The batter\u00a0was cooked perfectly, but they can get heavy after a couple.\u00a0 I’d probably share them with a few people again.<\/p>\n

These Smoked Pork Ribs had a generous amount of meat and flavor.\u00a0 They were\u00a0definitely more than fair fare at the Fair. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

And on a different note, there was\u00a0the Fried White Castle Burger, which\u00a0I won’t be\u00a0getting\u00a0again.\u00a0 My friend liked it, but it\u00a0tasted way too greasy for me.\u00a0 Granted we had already eaten the above, but overall I don’t see its value —\u00a0But it was fun to try.<\/p>\n
