Wine Cookbooks<\/strong> &#8212; They seem to have the best recipes.\u00a0 Today I made the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodandwine.com\/recipes\/corn-and-cod-chowder\" target=\"_blank\">Corn and Cod Chowder<\/a>\u00a0with Orange Roughy instead of Cod, since it was the freshest Fish at the market.\u00a0 I like Cod in this recipe too, but\u00a0Orange Roughy\u00a0is a tasty substitution.\u00a0 All other ingredients are the same, <em>except<\/em> I used Chicken Stock in place of the Clam Juice.\u00a0 It&#8217;s usually a seamless replacement I prefer in recipes.\u00a0 I like Clams, but have a mental problem adding\u00a0Clam Juice to a recipe.\u00a0 When\u00a0called for, I&#8217;ll\u00a0generally substitute Chicken, Vegetable, Shrimp or Lobster Stock.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/Chowder-Pom-Cellar-011.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-9311\" title=\"Chowder 011\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/Chowder-Pom-Cellar-011-450x336.jpg\" alt=\"Chowder 011\" width=\"450\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/Chowder-Pom-Cellar-011-450x336.jpg 450w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/Chowder-Pom-Cellar-011-300x224.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/11\/Chowder-Pom-Cellar-011.JPG 1357w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As you can see from the cookbook stains, I&#8217;ve had\u00a0Food &amp; Wine&#8217;s <strong>Quick From Scratch Fish &amp; Shellfish<\/strong> for quite sometime and everything I&#8217;ve made from it has turned out great.\u00a0 That can&#8217;t be said about all cookbooks, thus I highly recommend this one and Food &amp;
