\"Christmas<\/a>You can probably skip this Cookbook — It’s Williams-Sonoma New Healthy Kitchen: Starters<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(2006).\u00a0 I’ve finally gotten around to utilizing it.\u00a0 The\u00a0colorful recipe photos are beautiful and offer so much promise, but when\u00a0gettin’ down\u00a0to wanting to make any of them, the pickings are slim.\u00a0 Some recipes are impractical,\u00a0others don’t even sound good, and\u00a0ingredients\u00a0should be altered in the pictured recipe I made.\u00a0 It’s\u00a0the Purple Bell Pepper & Goat Cheese Terrine <\/strong>(p. 33) substituting\u00a0Red Bell Pepper, since Purple Bell Peppers are hard to come by.\u00a0 Other than that, I followed the exact recipe and\u00a0thought\u00a0my unveiled terrine to be too\u00a0runny and\u00a0salty.\u00a0 If you\u00a0still want to make this recipe after this report, it’s recommended that you use half\u00a0the\u00a0Salt and Milk that’s listed, and possibly replace the Shallot with chopped Green Onion or Chives.<\/p>\n
