It might not sound good to some, but these Vinegar Potatoes for lack of a creative title, end up sweet, soft\u00a0and\u00a0crunchy — You can’t stop eating them, or at least I can’t.\u00a0 I finally write the easy prep steps here.\u00a0\u00a0Three large Red Potatoes were used in the picture, although\u00a0a few were consumed pre photo op.<\/p>\n

VINEGAR POTATOES RECIPE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Red Potatoes
\nApple Cider Vinegar
\nSalt & Freshly Ground Pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0 Peel and roughly cube Red Potatoes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0 Boil cubed Potatoes until soft (Don’t overcook).\u00a0 Drain and salt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(3)\u00a0 Add soft salted Potatoes to a frying pan with a little Oil (Olive\/Canola combo or other) and fry until golden brown.<\/strong><\/p>\n

(4)\u00a0\u00a0After browned\u00a0add enough Vinegar to reach each Potato in the pan then quickly evaporate, approximately 1\/8 – 1\/4 cup.\u00a0 Cook another 5-10 minutes, adjust S & P\u00a0then serve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This would make a great Thanksgiving side dish, especially since it can be made a day\u00a0or two ahead.\u00a0 It’s\u00a0successfully\u00a0reheated in the oven\u00a0the next\u00a0day.\u00a0 I’m telling you they’re Tast-TEE. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
