Dives."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-009.jpg\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-013.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-898\" title=\"misc-013\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-013.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-013.jpg 1357w, https:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-013-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was very good, but more like diced Corned Beef and\u00a0Potatoes with Onion, Garlic and Salt, rather than &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hash_(food)\" target=\"_blank\">Corned Beef Hash<\/a>.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0I was watching <a href=\" http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/food\/show_dv\" target=\"_blank\">Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives<\/a> and\u00a0saw a similar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/diners-drive-ins-and-dives\/corned-beef-hash-recipe\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">recipe<\/a> being made by a featured Diner.\u00a0 I later looked it up on the TV Food Network&#8217;s website, re-watched the video online, and reviewed the posted recipe.\u00a0 The\u00a0recipe actually differs from the TV footage, so I\u00a0prepared my own variation of the two.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-009.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-902\" title=\"misc-009\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-009-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-010.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-903\" title=\"misc-010\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-010-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-0111.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-904\" title=\"misc-0111\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ineedtext.com\/FoodBlog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/misc-0111-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I sauteed Sweet Onion,\u00a0blanched the Potatoes and then combined them with the Onion and Salt.\u00a0\u00a0I fried all a little longer then added\u00a0the minced Garlic and Corned Beef, and after a few\u00a0minutes placed\u00a0the skillet\u00a0in the oven and baked all at 450<span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
