Capabilities to Create and Convey Copy
I Need Text Company is based in Southern California, but will provide COPY anywhere within the United States and a few countries abroad. State your delivery preference when applying for a quote and we’ll make sure our submission is compatible with your needs. We have the capability to conduct all business electronically -- We’re able to send and receive material via e-mail, facsimile, CD or direct mail. Completed copy can be provided in various file formats to allow for ease of import into final documents, websites, blogs, etc. And/or text can be directly entered into your publication.
We legally use many software programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, ACECAD DigiMemo, Readiris Pro (OCR) and MyScript Notes. We’re able to save documents in Compatibility Mode (1997-2003) through Windows 2007. Hardware includes a top of the line Desktop, Laptop, Facsimile, Photocopier, Scanner, Color Printer, CD/DVD Burner, Digital Pen and Digital Pad. We're progressive -- If you require something different, please ask.
Do You Need More Than Text?
We specialize in text, but can prepare simple, attractive designs for printing using Microsoft Publisher 2007. Most fee quotes do not include graphics nor design layout, only text. Nevertheless, we are capable of selecting and matching attractive available designs to be paired with text. If a design consultation and/or printing is necessary, an hourly fee will be assessed in addition to the respective writing fee. As noted above, final copy can be provided on a CD, or in many formats (PDF, JPEG, etc.) for future use and printing. We prefer that clients arrange and coordinate their own printing and we’ll provide the copy in the best printable and/or uploadable format.
Note: We have not yet partnered with a graphic artist, thus text is the true emphasis here.
