It’s not the legend of Shelly Freis (Borrell), nor of Nibbles of Tidbits, but rather a short LEGEND of terms, references and reading tips.  If unclear about something on Nibbles of Tidbits, this page may help.  However, if further clarification is needed regarding a topic, instruction, measurement or other, please e-mail questions to services@ineedtext.com.

Food Items & Ingredients:

All FOOD items and ingredients are capitalized for easy identification in posts and recipes.

Unless specified, Pepper is always Freshly Ground Pepper.  The Pepper usually associated with the dynamic duo of Salt & Pepper aka S & P can be substituted, but it’s not as good as freshly ground.

Unless specified, Salt is always Kosher.  If you don’t have Kosher Salt, it’s not the end of the world.  Just use Table Salt or Sea Salt to taste — It’ll be fine.

Recipe Information:

If you want a recipe that isn’t posted, please notify us in the related comments field.  We’ll provide the RECIPE, if we have it or can get it.

Content Quality:

If you see a typo or read something that’s unclear, please report the issue so it can be immediately corrected.

Thank you, Shelly Freis of Nibbles of Tidbits

WOW! This site is off the charts, babe! I will certainly have a go- to spot for all recipe inquiries. I can’t wait to see what you’ll be posting for holiday helps…like maybe some side dish items that I can take to a very exclusive party I attend annually.
